Management provided key cards to two unclean rooms, one with inadequate housekeeping where a bed was questionable. Despite our urgent need to attend a wedding, the staff's inadequate response led to a frustrating experience. The manager's attempted resolution through a small monetary compensation felt insulting after the significant inconvenience. While the authentic Italian pizza served was enjoyable, the lack of readiness and professionalism overshadowed any positives.
